What exactly happened to this woman’s shoes? Is this actually a fashion statement? It seems highly unlikely that both shoes would fall apart in the exact same spot, and those lines look intentionally cut. Maybe this customer wanted to design a new sandal style and is testing the prototype at Walmart. This look probably won’t take off soon since it isn’t very stylish, but it certainly works for showing off a fresh coat of toenail polish.
