While it clearly isn’t a shopping cart, it’s actually a pretty clever spot to park a horse! Many people in remote areas still travel on horseback, and finding a secure place to keep an animal contained can be tricky. At least this way, the horse is out of the way of traffic and staying safe while its owner shops.
