We’ve all seen children riding in carts at Walmart, though they usually aren’t in the motorized ones. Those specific carts are meant for disabled or injured people, or any customer who can’t stay on their feet for long. The woman riding in the front basket of this motorized cart is really doing a disservice to other shoppers who might actually need it. Hopefully, she only sat there for a quick photo and hopped right off afterward!
