This photo actually shows an employee instead of a customer, but Walmart seems to attract a unique crowd even for its workforce. Makeup is certainly a great form of self-expression, though we aren’t quite sure what she is trying to say with that forehead design. The huge winged eyeliner makes a bold statement on its own, but those shapes on her forehead have us wondering. Are those meant to be giant eyebrows?
