Walmart workers often deal with shoppers who let their kids ride in the cart. It technically isn’t allowed, but staff have to pick their battles, so they usually let it slide if your little one rides in the basket. However, what is happening in this photo is totally different. This kid is riding on the very bottom rack, and it looks like his hoodie is about to get caught under the wheels. He could get badly hurt riding around that way! Someone needs to tell him to walk or just ride inside the cart like the other rule-breakers.
