Most stores don’t let shoppers bring pets inside unless they are service or emotional support animals. But we seriously doubt this customer’s tortoise counts as either of those. Still, a tortoise is probably less trouble for staff than a wild puppy or scared kitty, so we guess this isn’t too bad. It also looks like the shopper is buying boxed cakes. Maybe it’s the tortoise’s birthday!
